38 m motor yacht — saloon and master suite refit

Scope

• Saloon joinery with matched veneer and lacquer
• Master bed, headboard and dressing unit
• Leather and technical textile re-upholstery
• Stone vanity and bar tops

Challenge

Templating had to happen in a short yard window, and the owner changed the leather selection twice.

What we did

Digital templating on site, a pre-approved sample library held at the yard, upholstery released only after final swatch sign-off.

Outcome

Refit closed inside the booked slot; the second leather change cost three days, not three weeks.
