• Joinery for six guest and four crew cabins
• Saloon, sky lounge and dining furniture, fixed and loose
• Vanities, stone tops and wet-area fittings
• Lighting, hardware and leather upholstery

Challenge

The block sequence moved twice while the interior specification was still being finalised.

What we did

A rolling bill of materials against the GA, production released in three tranches, all categories consolidated into four shipments timed to block closure.

Outcome

Delivered inside the revised programme with no class comments and no re-work on fit.
