52 m superyacht — bespoke loose furniture package

Scope

• Saloon and dining seating with FR foams and barrier interliners
• Bedroom suites for four guest cabins
• Deck leisure furniture for sun deck and beach club
• Freestanding storage and media units

Challenge

The specified seating build-up did not pass the fire requirement in the foam originally chosen.

What we did

Re-engineered with an FR barrier interliner and CMHR foam, cushion assembly re-tested, visual profile kept to the designer’s drawing.

Outcome

Twenty-six pieces delivered in two shipments, accepted at first inspection.
