Challenge

A yacht of this size carries a specification set by the interior designer and executed by the yard, so the material package had to match the approved build-ups rather than a stock list.

What we did

Quotations were issued against the specification references, with alternates proposed where a specified item could not be approved in the requested configuration.

Outcome

Materials delivered to the yard’s programme; documentation closed out per division.
