Challenge

A compact build with a short material lead time, where a missing item would have held up the interior trades.

The package was consolidated into a single shipment and released against the yard’s installation sequence, with the Türkiye team on hand for site questions.

Outcome

Materials on site before the interior trades started; no supply gaps during fit-out.
